The Sales Manager for Modular EMEA is accountable for making sure every modular project is technically sound and commercially defensible before it reaches a customer. On the technical side, this means taking front-end design ownership across the full system stack within a modular unit; layout, structural, electrical, fire, BMS, and cooling and making sure those elements are properly integrated and specified. On the commercial side, it means acting as the guardrail for the tendering function: reviewing modular cost inputs, protecting margin, and giving the business confidence that what's being priced is achievable and accurate.
