## Description

•Develop a strategy on a range of technical projects including new product development, process technology transfers, implement operational excellent combine with continuous improvement projects and capital upgrade projects.

•Involved in setting and supporting network strategy execution

•Drive functional excellence, team members capability building, technical guidance, oversight, tracking and management of development and analytical issues across the product portfolio of SSPs.

•Standardization - define and set standards/ coordinate first time right execution

•Build a strategy on effectively and efficiently using the manufacturing capacity through developing synergies across regions YuShu and through an effective facility and asset management plan

•Ensure proper programme prioritization, coordination and first-time right execution.

• Own and is accountable for TechOps and support ESG.

•Provide support for production and related department to achieve OPN/OEE working process and technology management.

## Requirements

\-Proven leadership experience on running plant.

\-Financial savviness

\-Strong Project management skills

\-Extensive understanding of pharmaceuticals manufacturing.

\-Good command on quality requirements

\-Understanding of fermentation and DSP processes

\-Familiar with Engineering.

\-Chemistry and high bio-technology and familiar in GMP requirement

\-Deep in fermentation working experience.
