## Description

**Role Purpose**

The Operations Specialist reports to the Operations Team Leader and is responsible for supporting the efficient, accurate and compliant execution of loan administration, NPE operations, garnishments, subsidy processing and deceased account management within an SLA-driven outsourced banking operations environment.

**Main Accountabilities**

-   Manages the end-to-end administration of performing and non-performing retail loan portfolios, including loan servicing, restructurings, collateral management and operational processing.
-   Reviews and validates loan, collateral and legal documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and approved business procedures.
-   Processes complex banking operations, including loan modifications, post-disbursement activities, subsidy schemes, garnishments and customer servicing requests.
-   Coordinates with internal teams and external stakeholders (banks, legal advisors, notaries and public authorities) to ensure the timely and accurate execution of operational activities.
-   Monitors operational controls, reconciliations and reporting while supporting process improvement initiatives, UAT testing and compliance with SLAs, KPIs and risk management standards.

## Requirements

**Education, Experience and Technical Skills**

-   Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Economics, Finance, Banking or a related field.
-   2 years’ experience in operational support within the Financial Services industry/projects or Banks or Law Firms
-   Knowledge of lending operations, collateral management and legal documentation.
-   Proficiency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
-   Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
