Create and process sales orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions in the system. Monitor Goods Issue (GI) and Goods Receipt (GR) processes to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Coordinate with warehouses and customers to resolve delivery issues and confirm successful receipt of goods. Manage customer invoicing, shipment schedules, accounts receivable aging, and resolve invoice deductions to ensure accurate and timely payments. Conduct sales calls and meetings with HQ buyers, retailers, and wholesale customers to introduce Nongshim products and new items. Execute promotions, marketing initiatives, and merchandising at both HQ and store levels. Secure purchase orders from existing customers and actively seek new business opportunities. Collect and report market intelligence, including customer feedback, competitor activities, and industry trends. Research market trends and analyze potential business partnerships to support sales growth. Provide general office operations support as needed.
