## Requirements

\-Key Responsibilities:  
\>Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring efficiency and client/candidate satisfaction;  
\>Provide strategic hiring advice to global clients;  
\>Build lasting client relationships by understanding their business and talent needs;  
\>Identify new business opportunities and offer tailored talent solutions;  
\>Monitor market trends to deliver informed, strategic guidance.  

\-Who You Are:  
\>1–3 years of experience in headhunting, HR recruiting, or B2B sales (internship experience also considered);  
\>Fluent in English and at least one of the following: Korean or Mandarin;  
\>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels;  
\>A strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven mindset;  
\>A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment;  
\>MBA preferred but not required.
