The Accountant is responsible for supporting the financial operations of a company by managing daily accounting tasks, preparing financial statements, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and assisting in audits and budgeting. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the integrity of financial data and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

\- Maintain general ledger and ensure all transactions are properly recorded

\- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities

\- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports

\- Run standard cost processing

\- Coordinate with accounts payable and receivable processes

\- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation

\- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

\- Maintain and reconcile 70+ corporate credit cards

\- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations

\- Maintain organized records and documentation for all financial activities

## Requirements

\- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance

\- 2+ years of accounting experience

\- Strong knowledge of both GAAP and IFRS

\- Proficiency in Excel

\- Fluency in Korean is preferred.

\- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

\- Strong analytical and organizational skills

\- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
