## Description

● Develop and execute business development plans aligned with GTG’s Digital Services

strategy.

● Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise, government,

public-sector and strategic accounts.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, government stakeholders,

technology partners, system integrators and implementation partners.

● Monitor market trends, customer requirements, government initiatives, procurement

plans, tenders and strategic technology programs.

● Conduct customer discovery meetings and coordinate solution workshops with Presales,

Architecture and Engineering teams.

● Develop proposals, business cases, value propositions and commercial submissions.

● Negotiate commercial terms and support contract discussions with customers and

partners.

● Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing customer accounts.

● Maintain opportunity, customer, partner, risk and approval records.

● Prepare regular business development reports, pipeline updates and market intelligence

for management.

## Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering,

Marketing or related field.

● 3~6 years of experience in business development, enterprise technology sales,

government/public-sector sales, telecom, cloud, software or systems integration.

● Strong consultative selling, account management and opportunity development skills.

● Excellent proposal writing, presentation, negotiation and communication skills.

● Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into clear business value.

● Strong stakeholder and relationship management capability.

● Experience working with technology vendors, system integrators or strategic partners is

highly preferred.

● CRM and sales pipeline management proficiency.

● High integrity, confidentiality and compliance awareness.

● Relevant cloud or technology certification is an advantage.

● Strong command of Myanmar and English languages.
