## Description

·  **Production & Program Management:** Ensure assembly lines meet customer delivery schedules, support **new product launches** (APQP), and maintain inventory control.

·  **Quality Compliance:** Enforce strict adherence to automotive standards including **IATF 16949**, **ISO 9001**, and **ISO 14001**.

·  **Safety & EHS:** Cultivate a workplace safety culture, chair EHS steering committees, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

·  **Continuous Improvement:** Utilize **Lean Manufacturing** and **Six Sigma** methodologies to eliminate waste, optimize processes, and boost plant profitability.

·  **Leadership:** Manage direct reports (department managers, supervisors) and oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for the workforce.

## Requirements

·  **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.

·  **Experience:** +20 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including 15 years in a dedicated Automotive Plant Manager or Operations Manager role.

·  **Technical Skills:** Proficiency with ERP/MES systems (e.g.,SAP) and a working knowledge of advanced automation/digital integration. Review, analyze, and distribute the result of previous year annual production plan and achievement report. Establish next year annual production plan

**ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

1.      Responsible and authorized to supervise all production department employees in case of emergency or contingency.
