### What You'll Be Doing

-   Lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of clients.
-   Identify, source, and assess high-quality candidates across various industries.
-   Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
-   Build long-term partnerships with clients and provide recruitment consultation.
-   Offer market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations.
-   Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
-   Achieve recruitment and business development targets.
-   Mentor and support junior consultants when needed.
-   Keep recruitment records and candidate databases accurate and up to date.

## Requirements

### What We're Looking For

-   Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
-   4–6 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, staffing, or consultative sales.
-   Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
-   Strong sourcing and negotiation abilities.
-   Commercial mindset with a passion for delivering client success.
-   Fluent English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
-   Self-motivated, proactive, and able to perform well under pressure.
