# B2B MARKETING MANAGER

## Description

### This role is execution-focused and centered on the direct production of professional B2B marketing materials. The position supports the sales and advisory team by creating high-quality pitch decks, proposals, flyers, and commercial marketing collateral.  
This is not a brand strategy or concept-driven marketing role. The company is looking for a practical, detail-oriented marketing production specialist who can independently execute marketing materials at a professional standard.

·        Produce professional marketing materials including:

o   Pitch decks

o   Flyers and brochures

o   Client proposals and presentations

o   Visual sales collateral

o   Property marketing sheets

·        Design and format materials using Adobe tools, Canva, and PowerPoint at a professional level

·        Support the sales and property advisory teams with client-facing marketing materials

·        Translate technical or market data into clear and visually effective B2B communication

·        Ensure all materials align with brand and professional standards

·        Coordinate with external vendors such as printers, translators, and designers when necessary

·        Support content and layout for newsletters, reports, and research summaries

·        Assist in updating marketing assets across website, LinkedIn, and presentation channels

·        (Preferred) Create location or property maps using QGIS or similar GIS tools

## Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or a related field

·        5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on hands-on marketing material production and execution

·        Proven experience producing professional marketing materials such as pitch decks, flyers, brochures, proposals, and visual sales collateral

·        Advanced proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and PowerPoint

·        Strong ability to transform technical or market information into clear, professional visual communication

·        Experience supporting sales or client-facing teams with high-quality presentation materials

·        B2B industry exposure is preferred; experience in real estate, industrial property, logistics, or related sectors is a strong advantage

·        Highly detail-oriented with strong execution and production skills

·        Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing material requests under deadlines

·        Strong organizational and coordination skills when working with external vendors (designers, printers, translators)

·        Familiarity with GIS tools such as QGIS for creating property or location maps is an advantage

·        Professional English communication skills for internal coordination and client-facing materials and Thai-native
