## Description

e are looking for a **Senior Influencer Executive / Senior Influencer Specialist** to lead the execution of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple brands and industries. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, relationship-driven, and experienced in managing influencer campaigns end-to-end within a media or digital agency environment.

You will play a key role in influencer strategy execution, creator management, negotiations, and performance tracking, while supporting junior team members and ensuring high-quality delivery across all campaigns.

### Key Responsibilities

**Influencer Campaign Management**

-   Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from briefing to post-campaign reporting
-   Translate client objectives into effective influencer strategies and creator selections
-   Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution

**Influencer Sourcing & Relationship Management**

-   Research, identify, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and talent agencies
-   Negotiate fees, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights

**Content & Quality Control**

-   Coordinate content briefs, approvals, and posting schedules
-   Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and platform best practices
-   Monitor content performance and flag optimization opportunities

**Reporting & Performance Tracking**

-   Track campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, impressions, and conversions
-   Prepare post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations
-   Support performance analysis in collaboration with social and performance teams

**Collaboration & Team Support**

-   Work closely with Social Media, Content, Creative, and Performance teams
-   Support pitches and proposals with influencer insights and costing
-   Mentor and guide junior influencer executives and coordinators

## Requirements

-   3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within a media or digital agency
-   Strong understanding of influencer platforms, creator ecosystems, and trends
-   Proven experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end
-   Excellent negotiation and communication skills
-   Experience working with talent agencies and direct creators
-   Strong organizational and project management skills
-   Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously
-   Familiarity with influencer tools, reporting platforms, and social analytics
-   Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus, depending on market)
