**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor (Mid to Senior Level) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of storytelling, and the technical proficiency to produce high-quality video content. You will be responsible for editing video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. This role requires a creative individual who can work independently and collaboratively to meet project goals and deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Video Editing:** Edit raw footage into polished, engaging, and visually appealing videos for various platforms 

**Storytelling:** Craft compelling narratives that align with our brand and messaging goals.

**Collaboration:** Work closely with the creative team, including directors, producers, and graphic designers, to ensure the final product meets the project’s vision and objectives.

**Technical Proficiency:** Utilize advanced editing techniques, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics to enhance video quality.

**Project Management:** Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

**Content Optimization:** Adapt and optimize videos for different platforms and formats, ensuring high quality and performance across all channels.

**Feedback Incorporation:** Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve video content.

**Innovation:** Stay updated with industry trends and new editing technologies to continuously improve video content and processes.

## Requirements

**Experience:** 3-5 years of professional video editing experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of projects and styles, in a similar industry (advertising, entertainment, film...)  
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field preferred.  
**Technical Skills:**  
\- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.  
\- Strong understanding of color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics.  
\- Experience with After Effects and other motion graphics software is a plus.

\- Familiarity with social media trends and video content best practices for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.  
**Attention to Detail:** Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency in all video content.  
**Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.  
**Time Management:** Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.  
**Adaptability:** Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
