We are seeking an intellectually curious and highly motivated Senior Manager of FP&A with a primary focus on financial and KPI reporting excellence and deep financial analysis to be a critical partner in scaling our financial infrastructure across our expanding global footprint, which spans Europe, Asia, and new markets like Japan and South Korea.  This role reports to the CFO.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide FP&A finance support to the organization related to financial reporting and analysis.
-   Partner directly with the finance team and other internal teams to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
-   Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide rigorous, decision-ready insights on revenue, cost, and margin drivers; translate complex datasets into clear narratives for senior leadership.
-   Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization; lead ad hoc financial modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decisions.
-   Own and continuously improve the company’s KPI reporting framework and financial dashboards; ensure reports are accurate, timely, and consumable by both finance and non-finance audiences.
-   Build, maintain, and evolve financial models and planning tools that support real-time business decisions across revenue, headcount, and operating expenses.
-   Assist in preparing Board, investor and management presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
-   Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
-   All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus.
-   10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance or strategy.
-   Investment banking, management consulting or corp dev experience preferred.
-   Proven track record of working with executive leadership and supporting strategic decision-making.
-   Ad tech, startup and technology industry experience is a plus. 
-   In-depth knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles.
-   Experience developing financial and KPI reports and metrics.
-   Proven ability to design and own end-to-end KPI reporting frameworks and executive-facing financial dashboards that drive business decisions.
-   Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels.
-   Strong Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint skills required; advanced financial modeling proficiency (dynamic models, sensitivity tables, scenario analysis) strongly preferred.
-   Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture.
-   Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication; polished executive presence with proven ability to present complex financial information clearly and confidently to executives.
-   This role requires someone who can operate at high velocity across multiple complex workstreams, maintain rigor under tight deadlines, and consistently deliver without needing to be managed.
