We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our HR Department based out of our **Queretaro** office.

**Intermediate english level (preferably)**

**Morning shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm**

**Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct accurate and timely processing of weekly payrolls
-   Assist in preparation of remittance and payroll reporting
-   SUA/ IDSE register
-   Assist and answer payroll related queries from drivers
-   Ensure processing of appropriate payroll deductions
-   Process required paperwork for all new hires, benefit changes, terminations and ROEs
-   Recommends and implements development solutions that align with the Corporate business approach and HR strategies and objectives
-   Manages the execution and administration of the organization's compensation policies, including pay for performance and incentive programs.

## Requirements

-   2 - 4 years of experience in Human Resources and pre payroll with demonstrated abilities in managing task control under pressure.
-   Excellent numerical sense and data-analytical capabilities with strong communication and influencing skills.
-   Workday integration experience (preferred)
-   Experience with incentive programs, short- and long-term incentive plans is considered an asset.
-   Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills – ability to multi-task, plan, organize and prioritize work. Ability to prepare reports and present findings. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
