We are looking for an HR & Legal Coordinator to support the company in managing employee relations, internal investigations, disciplinary processes, and labor-related matters.

This is a hands-on role that combines HR case management, legal analysis, evidence gathering, and employee relations support. The position will work closely with HR and management to investigate and document workplace cases, assess potential risks, and ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution.

While most of the role will focus on internal case management and employee relations, the position will also provide legal representation and support when cases require escalation to the Ministry of Labor, governmental authorities, or external legal proceedings.

**Schedule:** Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm

**Responsibilities:**

-   Manage and coordinate employee relations and labor-related cases from initial review through resolution.
-   Conduct internal investigations related to employee misconduct, policy violations, workplace incidents, conflicts, damages, claims, and other employee-related matters.
-   Collect, review, and analyze evidence, including employee statements, incident reports, CCTV footage, communications, documents, and other relevant records.
-   Conduct interviews with employees, supervisors, managers, and other individuals involved in investigations.
-   Prepare investigation reports, case summaries, timelines, findings, and supporting documentation.
-   Evaluate available evidence and provide recommendations regarding potential disciplinary actions and appropriate next steps.
-   Ensure cases are properly documented, supported by relevant evidence, and followed through within established timelines.
-   Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential employee relations and legal case files.
-   Coordinate with HR, Operations, Safety, Claims, Compliance, and other departments to gather information and follow up on open cases.
-   Provide guidance to management regarding labor law, company policies, employee relations matters, and disciplinary actions.
-   Identify potential labor, legal, and compliance risks and escalate matters appropriately.
-   Prepare legal documentation, evidence, statements, and case files for labor-related proceedings.
-   **Represent the company before the Ministry of Labor and other relevant governmental authorities when required.**
-   Attend labor-related hearings, meetings, conciliations, or proceedings on behalf of the company when necessary.
-   Prepare and submit required responses, documentation, and supporting evidence for labor authorities.
-   Coordinate with external legal counsel when cases require specialized legal support or escalation.
-   Support the company in potential labor, civil, commercial, or other legal proceedings.
-   Review and provide input on HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary processes to ensure alignment with applicable labor regulations.
-   Assist in developing and improving internal procedures for investigations, evidence collection, case management, and employee relations.
-   Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.

## Requirements

-   **Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.**

-   **Bachelor's degree in Law / Jurisprudence.**
-   **Valid authorization to practice law and represent the company before relevant authorities, as required by local regulations.**
-   Experience in **Labor Law, Employee Relations, Internal Investigations, Legal Case Management, or Compliance.**
-   Experience conducting workplace investigations, interviews, and evidence reviews.
-   Experience preparing legal documents, investigation reports, case files, or documentation for labor proceedings.
-   Previous experience representing or supporting employers before the **Ministry of Labor** or similar governmental authorities is highly preferred.
-   Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to objectively assess evidence and determine relevant facts.
-   Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-   Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
-   Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with HR, management, and cross-functional teams.
-   Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly **Word and Excel**.
