We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team in San Pedro Sula, Honduras.

**Work Shift**: Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m, alternating weekends.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Coordinate and monitor **NB dispatches originating from the Laredo (LRD) and Nuevo Laredo (NLD) areas**.
-   Handle incoming calls and inquiries from drivers, providing timely support and resolution.
-   Maintain regular communication with drivers to monitor shipment progress and ensure **on-time execution**.
-   Follow up on pickup, transit, and delivery status to identify and address potential delays.
-   Coordinate with **Customer Service Representatives** regarding any changes or updates required before, during, or after transit.
-   Communicate operational changes, delays, and relevant shipment information to the appropriate teams.
-   Assist drivers with operational questions and escalate issues when necessary.
-   Ensure accurate and timely updates are reflected in the appropriate systems.
-   Proactively identify potential service issues and coordinate with internal teams to minimize disruptions.
-   Support the overall coordination between **drivers, dispatch, and customer service** to ensure smooth shipment execution.

## Requirements

-   College diploma or university degree.
-   Previous logistics and customer service experience is an asset.
-   +2 years of experience in customer service roles.
-   Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate tactfully.
-   Strong time-management with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.
-   Proficient in Microsoft office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
-   Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
