**What you'll actually do**

You'll sit at the centre of our national operations — supporting warehouse and transport functions across NSW, VIC, QLD and WA. Reporting to our Operations Manager, you'll be a core part of a small, fast-moving team where your work is visible and your impact is immediate.

Day to day, that looks like:

-   Coordinating admin across multiple sites and teams
-   Keeping compliance documentation accurate and current
-   Preparing reports and maintaining operational trackers
-   Following up on outstanding actions so nothing slips
-   Making sure the right people have the right information at the right time

You don't need to know cold chain logistics. You need to care about doing things right.

## Requirements

You're organised in a way other people aren't — not because you have a system, but because you think that way. Details don't exhaust you, they satisfy you. You manage up without being asked: you brief people before they need to ask, flag problems early, and arrive with a suggested solution.

You'll be a strong fit if you have:

-   3–5 years in a fast-moving administrative or coordination role
-   Confidence across Google Workspace and Excel
-   The ability to pick up new systems quickly
-   A background in operations, logistics, or compliance admin — a genuine advantage, but not a dealbreaker
