## Description

**Patina Vivera Estate Santorini**, a luxury hospitality concept in Santorini, is looking for an experienced **Villa Manager** to oversee the daily operations of our **two private luxury villas** and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Oversee the daily operation of the two villas.
-   Welcome guests and manage check-ins/check-outs.
-   Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, transfers, and external partners.
-   Handle guest requests and daily communication via email.
-   **Manage restaurant reservations through the designated reservation system**.
-   Monitor villa presentation and service standards.
-   Prepare basic reports and support management with additional operational tasks.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in luxury hospitality, villas, or a similar role.
-   Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-   Guest-oriented, proactive, and hands-on approach.
-   Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
-   Good knowledge of email and reservation systems.
