As a prospective employee of the City of Evanston, you will be required to successfully pass background checks, including DCFS and criminal checks. Further, all prospective employees who are working with children or in a community center or park setting must also successfully pass a drug screening. All prospective employees over the age of 18 must also be fingerprinted. Employment will be conditional based on the successful results of all required screenings and checks.
