City Wide Facility Solutions has **IMMEDIATE OPENINGS** for **Building Cleaners/Housekeepers** at **Unity Village** in the Lee's Summit area!

No previous cleaning experience is required—we provide training! If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in keeping facilities clean and welcoming, we encourage you to apply.

### Job Responsibilities

As a Building Cleaner/Housekeeper, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for employees, residents, and visitors by performing duties such as:

-   Arrive on time and prepared to perform scheduled duties.
-   Clean offices, hallways, lobbies, meeting rooms, and common areas.
-   Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
-   Dust furniture, ledges, baseboards, windowsills, and other surfaces.
-   Vacuum carpets and rugs.
-   Sweep, mop, and disinfect hard floor surfaces.
-   Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, counters, partitions, and floors.
-   Refill restroom supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and other dispensers.
-   Clean windows, glass doors, and other interior glass surfaces.
-   Make beds and change linens when required (depending on assigned area).
-   Clean and disinfect kitchens, break rooms, and dining areas.
-   Wipe down high-touch surfaces, including door handles, light switches, railings, and elevator buttons.
-   Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors.
-   Keep janitorial closets clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
-   Safely operate vacuums, floor scrubbers, mops, and other cleaning equipment.
-   Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

## Requirements

-   Must be 18 years old and successfully pass a background & E-Verify checks
-   Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
-   Must be reliable, willing to work at a fast pace, and be very detailed
-   Cleaning experience a plus
-   Ability to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor’s directions
-   HS Diploma or GED
-   Smart Phone

The physical requirements of this position include: walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting and repeat cleaning motions; utilizing cleaning equipment and supplies; lift up to 35 lbs.
