City Wide Facility Solutions – Austin is looking for **reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented professionals** to join our team. We provide commercial cleaning and facility services throughout the **Greater Austin area**.

The Commercial Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a **clean, safe, and welcoming environment** for residents, guests, and staff while providing excellent customer service.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Arrive on time and ready to work for all scheduled shifts.
-   Clean assigned buildings, common areas, and other designated spaces.
-   Empty trash and replace liners.
-   Vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop floors and stairs.
-   Clean windows, windowsills, and other surfaces as assigned.
-   Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms.
-   Assist with **event setup and cleanup before and after events**.
-   Clean and maintain **pickleball court areas and areas surrounding the pool**.
-   Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked janitorial closets.
-   Follow all building-specific cleaning, health, and safety procedures.
-   Interact with residents and guests in a **friendly, courteous, and professional manner**.
-   Respond professionally to reasonable customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
-   Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned.

## Requirements

Must be **18 years of age or older**.

Must be able to **successfully pass a background check**.

**Bilingual in English and Spanish required.**

Must be reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work at a fast pace.

Commercial cleaning experience is preferred.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures.

High school diploma or GED required.

Must have **dependable transportation**.

Must be available to work the assigned schedule, **including weekends when required**.

## Benefits

This position requires frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive cleaning motions throughout the shift. Team members must be able to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies and **lift up to 35 lbs.**
