## Description

**City Wide Facility Solutions** is currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven **Account Manager** to join our team. As a key part of our organization, you will manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure outstanding service delivery to meet and exceed customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention, satisfaction, and growth opportunities.
-   Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality service performance.
-   Conduct regular quality control inspections and address any issues promptly to maintain service standards.
-   Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients to expand our offerings and increase revenue.
-   Utilize CRM software to document client interactions, track service delivery, and manage schedules.
-   Collaborate with internal teams including accounting and operations to resolve client concerns and streamline processes.
-   Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

## Requirements

-   1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or facility management preferred.
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
-   Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
-   Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
-   High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
