## Description

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking qualified **Independent Contractors** to provide janitorial services within a **food processing facility, or a restaurant**. This opportunity is ideal for experienced cleaning professionals or small janitorial companies that meet compliance requirements and can maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in a controlled production environment.

### **Scope of Work**

-   Deep cleaning and sanitation of production floors, restrooms, breakrooms, and offices
-   Cleaning of processing equipment and conveyors (as assigned)
-   Handling of cleaning agents and disinfectants according to GMP and OSHA guidelines
-   Proper use of PPE and adherence to all facility safety protocols
-   Routine waste removal, floor scrubbing, mopping, and surface disinfection

## Requirements

### **Contractor Qualifications**

Independent Contractors must meet all requirements prior to being awarded a service agreement:

-   Valid Business License (LLC or Inc only – no sole proprietors)
-   Active Federal EIN number
-   Current General Liability Insurance ($ 2million minimum coverage recommended)
-   Worker’s Compensation Insurance (as required by state law)
-   Minimum 2 verifiable business references
-   18 years of age or older
-   Favorable background screening results
-   Demonstrated experience with food processing or industrial sanitation (cleaning under GMP conditions preferred)
