### What You'll Be Doing

As our Second Shift Operations Manager, you'll lead and support evening operations by managing internal team members, coordinating resources, and ensuring our customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

**Your responsibilities will include:**

-   Leading, coaching, and developing the evening operations team to achieve service and performance goals.
-   Overseeing daily facility operations, ensuring quality standards are met across assigned accounts.
-   Partnering with Facility Solutions Managers, Account Compliance Managers, and Independent Contractors to resolve challenges and improve service delivery.
-   Supporting new customer launches, account transitions, and operational improvements.
-   Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and create a better experience for both customers and team members.
-   Monitoring operational performance through inspections, reporting, and regular communication with key stakeholders.

### What We're Looking For

We're looking for a strong leader who takes ownership, communicates effectively, and enjoys building relationships.

**The ideal candidate will have:**

-   Previous leadership or management experience, including coaching, developing, and motivating a team.
-   Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
-   A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
-   The ability to hold teams accountable while building trust and collaboration.
-   Experience in operations, facilities, commercial services, or a similar industry is a plus.
-   Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM.
-   A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory travel.
