## Requirements

**Responsibilities:**

-   Strong skillset working with windows servers, and database systems (e.g., SQL Server) and basic query/troubleshooting skills.
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Visio.
-   Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including VLANs, Wi-Fi (802.11), and network troubleshooting.
-   Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment of constant deadlines and rapidly evolving technologies and demands.
-   Demonstrates self-motivation and initiative in understanding the needs of others.
-   Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
-   Effectively analyzes workload and assigns priorities to adapt to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
-   Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Able to build professional relationships with peers and superiors and the ability to work comfortably with both business and technical professionals.
-   Strong documentation skills.

**Requirements:**

-   Proven hands-on experience with network infrastructure, and server environments (physical and virtual).
-   Experience deploying and supporting location-based technologies (e.g., Wi-Fi, BLE, RFID, UWB) in enterprise environments.
-   Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-system environments involving hardware, software, and network components.
-   Experience working in healthcare IT environments or with clinical systems is considered a strong asset.
-   Experience with AutoCAD and/or Bluebeam would be considered an advantage.
