We support organisations delivering complex digital transformation programmes, including major ERP implementations. We help them to design, deliver and embed change that genuinely works for people.**

We’re known for our collaborative culture, deep subject‑matter expertise and practical, people‑centred approach to delivery.

We’re looking for an experienced **IT Systems Engineer** to provide hands‑on support across our business while contributing to continuous improvement, automation and wider IT initiatives.

**Principal Responsibilities**

This is a role for the technically curious - someone with an appetite to learn, grow and apply new skills. You will be exposed to a broad and evolving technology stack, with the expectation that you develop your skills and apply them back into the role.

Support & Administration

- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Entra and Intune across a fully remote team, covering identity, access, device management and compliance

- Administer our SaaS application estate including user management, licensing and security

- Execute user lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding

Embrace Artificial Intelligence

- Embrace responsible AI as a core part of how you work - utilising AI to enhance your own workflows, reduce toil and deliver more effectively

- Consider and contribute ideas on how AI could be applied across the team and wider organisation when solving problems

- Stay on top of emerging developments and tooling, bringing relevant insights and recommendations to the team

Security & Compliance

- Support the implementation and delivery of IT security controls, policies and compliance activities

- Maintain accurate records of devices, software licenses and compliance activities.

Automation & Improvement

- Contribute to the development of scripts, automations and integrations to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency

- Proactively identify issues, risks and improvement opportunities - raising them with the team and, where required, leading the resolution

- Maintain accurate documentation across systems, processes and configurations so that knowledge is shared.

General

- Work with third-party vendors and suppliers to manage relationships, support escalations and procurement activity

- Actively participate in IT projects and wider initiatives, taking ownership of work and seeing it through to completion

- Represent IT positively across the business, building strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels
