Rooter Hero is hiring an experienced **Plumbing Service Technician** to join our Tucson team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems while delivering outstanding service to our customers. ### Responsibilities

-   Diagnose plumbing issues and perform residential plumbing service and repair
-   Install, maintain, and troubleshoot water, drain, and gas systems
-   Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships
-   Provide accurate estimates and explain repair or replacement options to customers
-   Ensure all work meets current codes, safety standards, and company policies
-   Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in excellent condition
-   Participate in an on-call rotation (1 night shift per week)
-   Support teammates and contribute to a positive work environment

## Requirements

-   2+ years of previous residential plumbing experience
-   Valid driver’s license with minimal DMV infractions
-   Ability to work weekends and cover one on-call night shift weekly
-   Must provide own hand tools
-   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-   Excellent communication and customer service abilities
-   Authorization to work in the U.S.
