### Overview

Paladin Security is seeking a strategic and people-focused **Senior/Associate Director, Operations** to lead operations across Northern Alberta. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, strengthening client relationships, overseeing financial performance, and developing high-performing teams across a complex security services portfolio.

### Responsibilities

### People Leadership & Culture

-   Lead, coach, and develop a diverse management team across office and field operations

### Client Experience & Retention

## Requirements

### Must Have

-   Leadership experience overseeing large-scale operations, multi-site portfolios, or regional business units
-   Experience managing client relationships and executive-level stakeholders
-   Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management
-   Demonstrated ability to lead and develop management teams
-   Experience driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
-   Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
-   Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the region as required
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

### Nice to Have

-   Experience within the security industry, facilities management, or a related service-based environment
-   Experience supporting RFPs, contract negotiations, and business development initiatives
