### About the Opportunity

AdeptHR is hiring an experienced **Electro-Mechanical Assembler II** for a growing manufacturer of advanced Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS) in Monrovia, CA.

In this hands-on production role, you'll assemble and integrate UPS systems using cabling, PCB boards, hardware, and other electrical and mechanical components. This is a **temp-to-hire opportunity**, with the potential to transition to a permanent position after approximately six months of consistent performance.

### What You'll Do

-   Assemble and integrate components into UPS systems according to engineering drawings, picture references, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
-   Verify materials and components before beginning assembly.
-   Install and route wiring, cabling, PCB boards, and hardware.
-   Perform crimping and occasional soldering as required.
-   Use hand tools, power tools, and crimpers during assembly.
-   Follow established workmanship and quality standards.
-   Read and follow written, verbal, and visual work instructions.
-   Inspect your work and maintain close attention to small details.
-   Work efficiently in a fast-paced, focused production environment.
-   Stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
-   Occasionally lift materials or equipment weighing up to **60 lbs.**

## Requirements

### What We're Looking For

-   **At least 1 year of related electro-mechanical assembly experience.**
-   High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
-   Ability to read and understand **engineering drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs).**
-   Familiarity with different types of mechanical and electrical hardware.
-   Experience using **hand tools, power tools, and crimpers.**
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise assembly instructions.
-   Ability to work effectively in a production environment.
