This is a consistent **Monday through Friday evening schedule**, making it an excellent opportunity for someone seeking work-life balance while playing an important role in protecting people and property. Every day, you'll provide exceptional customer service, respond to incidents with professionalism, and help create a safe, welcoming environment for everyone on site.

### What You'll Do

-   Patrol the property on foot to maintain a safe and secure environment.
-   Provide outstanding customer service and assist visitors, staff, and clients.
-   Respond to alarms, emergencies, and medical incidents.
-   De-escalate conflicts professionally and calmly.
-   Coordinate with police, fire, and EMS when necessary.
-   Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.
-   Monitor site activity and enforce safety policies.
-   Operate communication equipment, including radios and mobile applications.
-   Provide basic first aid when required.
-   Assist with lost-and-found inquiries and general site support.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

-   High School Diploma or GED.
-   Valid Alberta Security License (or ability to obtain one before starting).
-   Ability to walk long distances (up to 18–20 km per shift) and climb stairs.
-   Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
-   Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
-   Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Class 5 Alberta Driver's License.
-   Previous experience in security, customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or public service.
-   Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Certification.
