### Sales Support / Customer Relations Representative

**Pay:** $21–$27/hour  
**Schedule:** Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM  
**Location:** City of Commerce, CA (On-Site)

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented **Sales Support / Customer Relations Representative** to join our team in City of Commerce, CA. In this role, you'll serve as the connection between our customers, sales team, warehouse, and operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and customers receive exceptional service every step of the way.

### What You'll Do

-   Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
-   Respond to customer and sales team inquiries regarding pricing, inventory, product information, and shipment status
-   Resolve order, inventory, shipping, and invoice discrepancies
-   Coordinate with planning and operations teams to maintain inventory availability
-   Support the credit department by researching invoice disputes and billing issues
-   Prepare weekly sales reports and spreadsheets for management
-   Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and ERP systems
-   Monitor daily backorder reports and proactively communicate updates to customers

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

-   2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or an office environment
-   Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-   Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently
-   Reliable attendance and ability to work on-site in City of Commerce, CA

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
-   Familiarity with ERP and/or CRM systems
