At full stride this role can put a motivated **Leasing Professional** well above their base hourly rate. ### **What You'll Be Doing** • Working leads from inquiry to signed lease. You own the full leasing cycle! • Scheduling and conducting property tours • Processing applications, screening tenants, and preparing lease documents • Building genuine relationships with prospects and current residents • Supporting resident retention and renewals • Keeping accurate records in **Yardi** • Collaborating with your Property Manager and maintenance team daily ## Requirements ### **What We're Looking For** • Proven leasing experience at a residential apartment or condo community • You know how to close.
