**Location:** Fredericksburg, TX  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No Weekends)  
**Pay Rate:** $25–$32/hour + Performance Bonuses

### Responsibilities

-   Complete residential and light commercial repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects.
-   Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, plumbing, and basic electrical repairs.
-   Troubleshoot issues and recommend effective solutions.
-   Communicate professionally with customers, office staff, and management.
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
-   Arrive on time and complete projects efficiently and professionally.
-   Build customer trust by identifying additional repair or maintenance opportunities.
-   Deliver exceptional workmanship while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
-   Represent Ace Handyman Services with professionalism and integrity at every job site.

## Requirements

### Must Have

-   Experience across multiple trades, including:

-   Carpentry
-   Plumbing
-   Drywall
-   Painting
-   Tile
-   Basic Electrical

-   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-   Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-   Professional appearance and positive attitude.
-   Reliable transportation with a well-maintained vehicle.
-   Organized tools and familiarity with the equipment needed for a variety of repair projects.
-   Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
-   Punctual, dependable, and customer-focused.

### Nice to Have
