NexGen HVAC & Plumbing is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Anaheim, CA. This role is ideal for a reliable, customer-focused professional who takes pride in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems.

As a key member of our team, you will be the face of the company—providing high-quality service, clear communication, and dependable solutions that keep our customers comfortable year-round.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
-   Troubleshoot electrical and refrigeration-related issues
-   Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
-   Communicate findings clearly and provide honest recommendations to customers
-   Document service work and ensure accurate reporting
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
-   Follow safety standards and ensure all work meets local codes
-   Manage service routes efficiently and complete jobs on time

## Requirements

-   2+ years of proven experience in HVAC service, repair, and maintenance
-   Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
-   Strong understanding of electrical systems and refrigeration cycles

**Nice to Have:**

-   EPA Universal Certification
-   Experience with smart thermostats and modern HVAC systems
-   Prior customer-facing service experience
