**La Habra, CA (On-Site)**  
**$21/hour + Overtime**

Nexgen is looking for a highly organized, customer-focused **Production Coordinator** to help keep our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical installation operations running smoothly. ### What You'll Do

As a Production Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring jobs move efficiently from scheduling to completion by:

-   Coordinating HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical installation jobs
-   Answering production phone lines and responding promptly to internal team communications
-   Scheduling subcontractors and coordinating project logistics
-   Calling customers with installation updates and technician ETAs
-   Performing welcome calls and post-installation follow-up ("happy calls")
-   Reviewing documentation to ensure jobs are complete and accurate
-   Updating job statuses, notes, and internal tracking systems
-   Assisting with customer concerns and helping resolve issues professionally
-   Collaborating with multiple departments to ensure seamless operations

### Schedule

-   Full-Time
-   Rotating weekends required
-   Initial training schedule: **7:00 AM – 4:00 PM**
-   Schedule after training will be discussed based on business needs

## Requirements

-   Excellent communication and customer service skills
-   Strong organizational and time management abilities
-   Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
-   Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
-   Able to work independently while collaborating with a team
-   Experience in dispatching, scheduling, production coordination, or customer service is preferred
-   HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or home services experience is a plus
