**USA Logistics Inc. is Hiring a Lease Owner-Operator Truck Driver!**

  
**Location:** Nationwide (Home Base: Flexible)  
**Schedule:** OTR – Long-haul Mixed Freight  
**Pay Rate:** Earn 88% of gross revenue per load; typical weekly net for experienced drivers: **$1,800 – $4,000** after expenses.

### Responsibilities

-   Safely operate and maintain your leased tractor and drive trailer(s) under DOT/FMCSA regulations.
-   Deliver freight on time, communicate proactively with dispatch and account for any delays.
-   Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections; maintain your equipment in road-worthy condition.
-   Maintain accurate logs, stay compliant with the ELD (electronic logging device) rules, hours-of-service, and company safety policies.
-   Represent USA Logistics Inc. with professionalism, integrity and a customer-first mindset.

## Requirements

-   Valid Class A CDL.
-   Minimum **2 years** of over-the-road (OTR) driving experience.
-   Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and desirable PSP (Pre-employment Screening Program) record.
-   Ability to pass DOT drug screen and background check.
-   Effective at time-management and clear communication with dispatch, accounting and clients.
