**Location**: Pearland, TX  
**Schedule**: Full-Time  
**Pay Rate**: $25 per hour + $30 Trip Surcharge Per Job

Ace Handyman Services is seeking a highly skilled and dependable Professional Handyman with experience across multiple trades. We offer consistent, year-round residential work and are looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works independently, and delivers excellent customer service.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced handyman or carpenter who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work and values professionalism in residential settings.

### Responsibilities

-   Complete a wide range of home repair and improvement projects
-   Perform carpentry, tiling, drywall, painting, and general remodeling tasks
-   Install and repair:

-   Doors
-   Vanities
-   Faucets
-   Ceiling fans
-   Shower installations

-   Provide professional, customer-facing service in residential environments
-   Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
-   Work independently while representing the company with professionalism

## Requirements

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

-   10+ years of professional handyman, carpentry, or remodeling experience
-   2+ years of customer/homeowner-facing experience
-   Comfortable independently completing shower installations, doors, vanities, faucets, and ceiling fans
-   Comfortable with a pre-employment background check and drug screening
-   Must live within 10 miles of Pearland Town Center
