**Pay Rate:** $22.00 – $25.00 per hour

**Overview**

As a Carpenter / Craftsman, you’ll handle a variety of residential and light commercial repairs and remodel projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works independently, and consistently delivers high-quality results.

The ideal candidate has a strong overall knowledge of multiple trades, including:

-   Carpentry
-   Plumbing
-   Tile
-   Electrical
-   Drywall

### **Responsibilities**

-   Complete repair and remodeling tasks in a timely, professional manner
-   Troubleshoot jobsite issues and resolve them quickly and correctly
-   Communicate clearly with management, office staff, homeowners, and commercial customers
-   Maintain a clean-cut, professional appearance on job sites
-   Keep tools organized and ensure your vehicle is presentable
-   Identify additional repair opportunities on-site and communicate them to the customer
-   Build customer trust through strong workmanship and excellent service
-   Work efficiently, arrive on time, and maintain high integrity
-   Consistently exceed customer expectations

## Requirements

-   **5+ years of experience**
-   **Own truck or van and tools**
-   **Live within 30 minutes of Monument Circle**
-   **Willing to work throughout Marion County and surrounding counties**
