### What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative / Car Wash Attendant, you'll help deliver a safe, efficient, and welcoming experience for every customer by:

-   Greeting customers with a friendly, positive attitude
-   Explaining wash packages, memberships, promotions, and pricing
-   Assisting customers with payments and account setup
-   Preparing vehicles before entering the wash tunnel
-   Safely directing vehicles through the wash process
-   Monitoring wash equipment and identifying any operational issues
-   Keeping the facility clean, organized, and inviting
-   Performing routine site cleaning and light maintenance tasks
-   Assisting with equipment maintenance as directed
-   Following safety procedures and company policies
-   Supporting teammates with additional duties as needed

### Physical Requirements
