### **AdeptHR is Hiring a Drop Ship Sales Support!**

**Location:** Vernon, CA (On-site)  
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week  
**Pay Rate:** $18.00 – $22.00/hour  
**Employment Type:** Full-Time, Non-Exempt

### **Overview**

AdeptHR is partnering with a leading specialty food distributor to hire a detail-oriented and dependable **Drop Ship Sales Support** professional. This role plays a key part in supporting sales operations, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

### **Responsibilities**

**Order Management & Logistics**

-   Enter drop-ship purchase orders with accuracy (pricing, product, quantities, destinations)
-   Generate shipping labels using FedEx, UPS, or similar systems
-   Monitor order status and provide timely tracking updates to customers
-   Assist with product availability, quotes, and specification requests

**Customer Service & Sales Support**

-   Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
-   Support product recommendations and sales initiatives
-   Resolve customer issues in coordination with internal teams
-   Document and escalate product complaints appropriately

**Sales Coordination**

-   Support the sales team in achieving targets and objectives
-   Provide feedback on customer needs, trends, and opportunities

## Requirements

**Must Have**

-   Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
-   High attention to detail and organizational ability
-   Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
-   Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Outlook)
-   Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

**Nice to Have**

-   Experience in sales support, customer service, or logistics
-   Background in food service, hospitality, grocery, or related industries
-   Familiarity with shipping systems (FedEx, UPS) or internal platforms
