## Description

**Clay** is a global design agency building world-class digital products and brands. Our clients include Meta, Slack, Google, Snapchat, Amazon, Coinbase, and many innovative startups.

We’re looking for a highly motivated **Middle+/Senior Frontend Developer** to join our team remotely or at our office in Belgrade.  
Our ideal candidate has strong experience in web development and cares deeply about building high-quality products. We place great emphasis on UX and solid business logic in everything we build. **Our tech stack:** React, Next.js, TypeScript.

We’re also actively involved in R&D, where we create custom interactive components and maintain our internal library. In addition to client projects, we’re looking for someone who is interested in working with APIs and contributing to internal tools and solutions.

## Requirements

**You are a great fit if you have:**

-   5+ years of experience in web development, including HTML, CSS, React, and TypeScript
-   Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to experiment, learn, and take on new responsibilities
-   Experience collaborating closely with designers (from concept development to refining visual solutions)
-   A solid level of English (at least written), as we work with English-speaking clients
-   A strong focus on product quality and attention to detail

**Nice to have:**

-   Understanding of UX, web accessibility, or motion design
-   Experience building custom UI components
-   Familiarity with the React ecosystem
