With over 1,300 customers globally, we are recognized as a leader in the SaaS management space. We are proud to announce that in February 2026, G2 named Cledara one of the Best UK Software Companies. This prestigious recognition follows our success in the G2 Winter 2025 Report, where we earned 16 badges for SaaS Spend and SaaS Operations Management. Our high ratings for usability and customer relationships underscore our commitment to a powerful yet user-friendly product.

We are a product-led company with a clear vision and backed by tier-1 investors, including Notion Capital, Nauta Capital, Anthemis and CommerzVentures. We have a market-leading product with a proven track record and a collaborative team with a high-performance culture. We believe in working hard so we can learn quickly and get better.

### The Role

As one of the first members of our Operations team, you’ll work closely with the Head of Support & Operations to run and iterate the processes that power Cledara’s platform. Your work will directly impact our customers and product, and you’ll play a key role in shaping how operations evolve.

You will be responsible for:

- Managing routine merchant classification and data enrichment with high accuracy.
- Supporting customer payment, reconciliation, and reward payout processes on a recurring basis.
- Operating manual fallbacks for automated product features to keep customer experiences seamless.
- Identifying recurring patterns or friction points in manual workflows and collaborating with the Product team to implement operational improvements.

## Requirements

- Fluent written and spoken English.
- High attention to detail and satisfaction in running daily, structured operational processes.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the discipline to maintain quality across routine tasks.
- Eagerness to learn new tools and systems (especially modern Product and Operations platforms).
- Strong problem-solving instincts; able to follow established protocols while thinking critically when an edge case pops up.
- Passion for technology startups and curiosity about the SaaS industry.
- Ability to work from our Barcelona office 3 days per week.

### **About You**

- You like routine and consistency: You get genuine satisfaction from working through a checklist, completing daily operational workflows, and keeping things running smoothly.
- You’re detail-oriented and reliable: You take pride in high accuracy and don't lose focus during repetitive tasks.
- You're a continuous improver: While you’re happy running the process as-is today, your eyes are always open to finding small efficiencies, documentation fixes, or patterns that could help automate work tomorrow.
- You bring positive energy: You are resilient, resourceful, and bring a practical, solution-oriented mindset to the team.
- You're early in your career: Looking to gain deep, foundational experience in SaaS product operations from the ground up.
