Clients Blackbox is a performance marketing agency specializing in Meta advertising for Registered Investment Advisors. We help financial advisors grow their practices by generating qualified appointments with high-net-worth prospects.

Our proven video sales letter methodology has generated more than $45 billion in AUM pipeline for financial advisors across the country. We operate with a performance-first mindset and are currently in a period of rapid growth.

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Creative Project Manager to manage video projects, perform quality assurance, and conduct introductory calls with prospective clients.

2,000–3,000 USD per month, depending on experience. Full-time remote contractor position. International applicants are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

-   Manage video projects from assignment through completion
-   Track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables
-   Perform QA on completed videos, including pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting
-   Provide clear, actionable revision feedback to video editors
-   Conduct introductory calls with prospective clients
-   Maintain organized project workflows and communication across the team

## Requirements

-   Excellent written and spoken English

-   Exceptional attention to detail and organization
-   Strong project management and time-management skills
-   Experience in sales and/or account management
-   Confident and professional on prospective client calls
-   Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
-   Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment

**Preferred:** Creative operations, video editing/QA, video production, agency, or performance marketing experience.
