## Description

We are looking for a professional with advanced expertise in SEO and AEO, capable of designing, implementing, and optimizing organic growth strategies that improve visibility across search engines, AI-driven search environments, and answer engines.  

The ideal candidate combines:

-   Key Responsibilities
-   Develop and implement SEO strategies for websites, landing pages, and digital assets
-   Build and execute AEO strategies to improve visibility in AI Overviews, answer engines, and modern search environments
-   Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend improvements
-   Optimize on-page SEO elements including metadata, headings, internal linking, content structure, and schema markup
-   Perform keyword research, topic clustering, and search intent mapping
-   Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO-first recommendations
-   Monitor organic performance and create actionable performance reports
-   Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities
-   Optimize content for both traditional search engines and AI / answer-based discovery environments
-   Stay up to date with developments in SEO, semantic search, generative search, and changing search behavior

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in an advanced / senior SEO role
-   Strong knowledge of technical SEO
-   Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and content SEO
-   Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar platforms
-   Good understanding of how the search ecosystem is evolving toward AI-driven results and answer engines
-   Experience with schema markup, structured data, crawlability, and indexation optimization
-   Ability to translate data and insights into clear recommendations and priorities
-   Strong command of English
-   Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and stakeholders
-   Strong organizational skills, ownership mentality, and attention to detail  
    

**Nice to Have**

-   Experience working on international projects
-   Background in content strategy
-   Working knowledge of HTML / CSS / JavaScript for SEO analysis purposes
-   Experience with CRO-oriented SEO thinking
-   Familiarity with AI search behavior, prompt-aware content structuring, and entity-based optimization
