As a Senior Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Trackier’s content strategy and brand voice across multiple channels. You will be responsible for creating impactful, audience-centric content that supports marketing, product, and business objectives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive content initiatives that enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and contribute to lead generation and customer acquisition. 

### Key Responsibilities

### Inbound Funnel Strategy

-   Develop and govern the comprehensive content strategy across the entire inbound funnel, optimizing for top-of-funnel (TOFU) awareness through to bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) conversion.
-   Define distinct channel objectives, establish cross-channel ecosystems, and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success at each funnel stage.
-   Analyze and report on content performance and funnel health, dynamically adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.

### Content Creation & Channel Management

-   Conceptualize and execute high-impact blogs, guides, case studies, and digital resources designed to capture and convert organic traffic.
-   Spearhead the organic LinkedIn strategy, overseeing the corporate page alongside executive thought leadership and personal branding initiatives.
-   Develop tailored content for Meta platforms, collaborating cross-functionally with strategy and performance marketing teams.
-   Strategize, script, and oversee the production of comprehensive video content.
-   Manage guest contributions, strategic partnerships, and content placements on external and referral traffic platforms.
-   Act as the strategic ghostwriter for founders and the executive leadership team to elevate brand authority.
-   Produce and maintain high-quality sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and brochures, to directly empower the sales team.

### Team Leadership

-   Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of content specialists.
-   Manage workload allocation, establish rigorous quality benchmarks, and conduct final editorial reviews prior to publication.
-   Serve as the primary point of accountability for the output, quality, and integrity of all inbound content.

## Requirements

### Must-Haves

-   4+ years of dedicated experience in content writing and comprehensive content strategy.
-   A robust and diverse portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing craft and strategic execution across multiple formats and channels. Please note: Submitting a work portfolio is a mandatory prerequisite for shortlisting; applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
-   Proven capability to write seamlessly across diverse formats, including long-form web content, social media copy, scripts, executive ghostwriting, and sales enablement collateral.
-   Mastery of the English language paired with sharp, meticulous editing skills.
-   Strong proficiency in AI tools and an understanding of how they optimize content workflows, possessing the professional judgment to utilize them as a workflow accelerator rather than a substitute for original thought.

### Good to have

-   Prior experience within a SaaS or B2B technology environment is preferred.
-   Familiarity with content performance metrics and foundational marketing funnel analytics.
-   Hands-on experience navigating Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), WordPress, and HubSpot.
