## Description

CloudTechX is scaling up as the crypto markets continue to gain institutional adoption, and we're looking for a seasoned Cryptocurrency Broker to drive strategic growth across our 2025 initiatives. 📈

We are looking for a Cryptocurrency Broker who is passionate about financial services and deeply understands the crypto markets.

What we're looking for: 

-   **3+ years** of experience in financial sales
-   **1 year** of crypto markets experience (deep understanding of institutional blockchain solutions, custody, and trading infrastructure)  
-   A **Growth Mindset** – you can identify opportunities, build relationships, and structure complex deals 
-   Proven track record of **securing institutional partnerships** and driving revenue growth 
-   Strong understanding of **cryptocurrency regulations**, **compliance frameworks**, and **institutional requirements**
-   RG146 certification is a plus

## Requirements

Develop and execute institutional partnership strategies 

-   Structure and negotiate complex business arrangements 
-   Build relationships with key financial institutions and service providers 
-   Identify new market opportunities and expansion areas 
-   Work closely with product and compliance teams to ensure solution fit
