Financial Performance

·       Drive revenue growth and profitability across all business lines

## Requirements

**Executive Leadership Experience:** Minimum 12-15 years in senior commercial roles with 5+ years at C-suite/VP level, driving revenue growth of $50M+ annually across multi-platform business portfolios

**Financial Services Expertise:** Deep background in fintech, financial services, or digital assets with proven experience in payment processing, custody services, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions

**Strategic Growth & Business Development:** Demonstrated success developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies, managing M&A opportunities, and building strategic partnerships with financial institutions and technology providers

**Commercial Excellence:** Extensive experience in customer segmentation, go-to-market strategy development, and revenue optimisation across both institutional and retail segments in complex B2B/B2C environments

**Global Market Expansion:** Proven track record of international business development, market entry strategies, and scaling operations across diverse geographic markets and regulatory environments

**Operational Leadership:** Strong background managing cross-functional teams, implementing digital transformation initiatives, and maintaining P&L accountability for business units with measurable KPI performance
