As an Electrician Trainee at CMI, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with electricians who've spent years mastering industrial power systems — and their job is to teach you everything they know. You'll put your hands on real equipment from day one: troubleshooting electrical systems, tackling mechanical repairs, and learning what it takes to keep a transformer plant running.
