**About the Role:** As a Finishing Operator at our Panama City, FL facility, you'll play a critical role in making sure every transformer that leaves our floor looks and performs exactly as it should. You'll apply finishing decals, stencils, and hardware in accordance with engineering drawings, bills of materials, and customer requirements — and you'll be the last set of eyes making sure quality shows in the final product.

**What You’ll Do:** 

-   Apply finishing decals, stencils, and hardware to transformers in accordance with engineering drawings, bills of materials, and customer specifications
-   Paint semi-conductive coating, apply epoxy shields and patching
-   Perform sawing, cleaning, degating, drilling, and deflashing operations
-   Inspect completed products to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards before shipping
-   Pack parts for shipment and construct shipping crates as needed
-   Record production data and operational information accurately
-   Follow written process procedures, work instructions, and safety protocols
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area at all times
-   Support the team in meeting daily production goals
-   Other duties as assigned

**What You'll Need:** 

-   High school diploma or GED required
-   Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week (1st shift)
-   Manufacturing or production experience preferred
-   Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions
-   Strong attention to detail — you're one of the last checkpoints before a product reaches the customer
-   Ability to meet physical requirements including extended standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
-   Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset
-   Willingness to undergo background check, drug test, and physical 

**Bonus Skills (Preferred):** 

-   1-year previous experience in quality control/inspection or related field preferred. 

-   Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or related role preferred.

## Requirements

**Physical and Environmental Requirements**  

-   Lifting: Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.  

-   Environment: Work in a facility with loud noise, extreme temperatures, and environmental stressors.  

-   Physical Activities: Sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, crouch, reach, and grasp as needed.  

-   PPE: Wear the required PPE, including eye and hearing protection, gloves, and safety toe footwear.  

-   Dexterity and Vision: Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment).  

-   Stamina: Stand for long shifts.  

-   Skills: Effective communication, basic math skills, and teamwork.  

-   Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and address hazards.
