> CNC Agency · United States (Remote) · Full-time · Posted 2026-10-14

**Workplace:** remote

**Department:** Production

## Description

CNC Agency (formerly Coffee ’n Clothes) is an experiential marketing agency born from culture and built for connection. We create experiences, stories, and products that people love and that help brands grow. We put people first and design accordingly, seamlessly blending strategy, creativity, production, and culture to turn ideas into experiences that move people. Because amazing things happen to brands when they build for humans, not algorithms.

CNC is seeking an experienced Senior Producer, Merchandise to lead the development and execution of high-impact physical brand experiences, with a particular focus on building and scaling our Merch division.

This role sits at the intersection of experiential production, creative execution, operations, and client partnership, with production at its core. The ideal candidate is a seasoned producer who knows how to take an idea from brief to reality, developing the merchandising approach, sourcing the right partners, managing budgets and timelines, navigating logistics, and ensuring every detail comes together seamlessly.

While Merch will be a major focus, this role will also contribute to broader experiential programs, including activations, gifting, mailers, influencer campaigns, and other physical brand experiences. We’re looking for someone who can both execute exceptional work today and help build the systems, processes, and capabilities that allow CNC’s Merch offering to grow tomorrow.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the details, anticipates problems before they happen, and can confidently move between creative conversations, production logistics, vendor negotiations, budgets, and client needs.

**Roles & Responsibilities:**

- Lead kits, mailers, gifting programs, product drops, and unboxing experiences from brief through final execution — translating creative concepts into production plans with clear timelines, budgets, and critical paths.
- Manage the full production cycle: sourcing, fabrication, samples/proofs, quality control, packing, and fulfillment.
- Run multiple concurrent programs without losing sight of the details; flag risks and resolve them before they become client-facing problems.
- Source, brief, and negotiate with fabricators, printers, fulfillment partners, and logistics providers.
- Build and maintain a bench of reliable production and fulfillment partners you can call on.
- Act as the client's primary point of contact and trusted advisor — running status meetings, presenting concepts, and driving approvals and decisions.
- Set and hold expectations on scope, timeline, and budget; spot opportunities to grow the account.
- Own project budgets from scoping through final reconciliation; keep an eye on profitability, not just delivery.
- Contribute to proposals, pitches, and new business as needed.
- Establish and improve SOPs, templates, and workflows so the team can run both bespoke one-offs and larger-scale programs efficiently.
- Mentor coordinators/junior producers where applicable, and stay current on trends in packaging, materials, and experiential/merch production.

## Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in experiential production, merchandising, kits production, or related field
- Proven experience independently leading complex physical production programs from brief through execution.
- Strong experience with kits, mailers, gifting, influencer sends, fulfillment, packaging, shipping, or other logistics-heavy programs.
- Deep understanding of the production process, including sourcing, fabrication, printing, packaging, assembly, warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics.
- Experience managing vendors and negotiating costs, timelines, scopes, and production requirements.
- Strong budgeting and estimating skills, with the ability to understand both project-level economics and overall profitability.
- Experience building or improving production systems, SOPs, workflows, and operational processes.
- A strong network of production, fabrication, sourcing, fulfillment, and logistics partners is a major plus.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing deadlines without losing sight of the details.
- Comfortable working closely with creative teams and finding ways to make ambitious ideas executable.
- Highly organized, resourceful, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently navigate both internal teams and senior-level clients.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial agency environment where priorities can shift quickly.

The salary range for this role is $115,000.00  to $145,000.00. Where a candidate falls within this band will depend on a combination of factors, including relevant experience, demonstrated performance, specific skills, geographical location, and internal equity. We regularly benchmark roles to market data and ensure pay is aligned with the role’s scope and impact.

At CNC Agency, great ideas come from diverse perspectives. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can bring their full selves to work. All qualified applicants will be considered, no matter race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected status.
